This information will be updated shortly.

If you have not already, please log into the new Subwatershed.com system and update your dashboard items for the 2018 crop year by the due date, December 2019. Usernames and passwords were mailed out in a letter to growers on June 5, 2018. If you need help logging in please email elizabeth@yolofarmbureau.org or call our office at (530) 662-6316.

Dashboard items to complete:

1. FIELD INFORMATION – ALL GROWERS
Check to make sure that your fields all look correct and that each APN on your grower record is linked to at least one field. “Other” is no longer a valid crop choice; we have added more crop options.

2. 2019 MANAGEMENT PRACTICES – ALL GROWERS
Add your Management Practices for each field; this is a part of the Farm Evaluation Survey and/or Wetlands Management Survey that is automatically generated.

3. 2019 FARM INFORMATION – ALL GROWERS
Farm Evaluation Survey and/or Wetlands Management Survey and Nitrogen Management Plan Report are automatically generated and are based on this information.

4. 2019 NITROGEN ESTIMATES/ACTUALS – ALL GROWERS
A Nitrogen Management Plan must be completed for every parcel and every crop, even if Nitrogen is not applied (you must check the “No Nitrogen Applied” box)
Nitrogen Management plans for growers with parcels within high vulnerability groundwater areas must be certified.

5. WELL INFORMATION - GROWERS WITH ACTIVE/ ABANDONED AG WELLS ONLY
Enter the Ag well(s) that you have on your farm; as well as the parcel(s) that the well(s) are on.

6. WATER QUALITY MEETING – ALL GROWERS
Enter your 2019 Water Quality Meeting that you have attended (ex. 2019 ILP Annual Meetings)

*These deadlines do not apply to growers whose acres are ALL planted to rice. Rice growers will only need to approve their FIELD INFORMATION dashboard item.
